Andrew's Story

Soon after qualifying, Andrew developed a brain tumour and became paralysed. During surgery he suffered a cardiac arrest and other complications. He walked into hospital and left in a wheelchair.

It could have been the end of Andrew's career before it began but the ABS made sure it wasn't. We gave Andrew the equipment, knowledge and support that he needed to continue, just when he had given up hope.
