Trying to get your career back on track?

If you have recently been made redundant or are trying to get your career back on track, the ABS has produced a useful pack which might be of benefit to you.

Peter Murray shows true commitment

In order to sustain our work in caring for architects, assistants, technologists and landscape architects and their dependants we need a reliable stream of income. Much of this is provided by investments but a number of good people give a modest monthly donation or raise funds for the Society in other ways. Peter Murray is one of those good people.

Peter’s first fundraiser for the ABS was a sponsored cycle ride across Cuba in 2004. His latest plan is to cycle from RIBA HQ in Portland Place to Portland Oregon – a distance of over 4000 miles.

Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII)

The Society is being helped by specialist PII brokers, Senior Wright Indemnity Ltd. They recognise the crucial work of the ABS and are making a donation to the Society for every new PII policy taken out. So, if you’re reviewing your PII cover it would help the ABS if you give Senior Wright the opportunity to quote.
