Our Staff

Our , where we have six full-time and two part-time members of paid staff that carry out the core roles required by a charity.

These include finance and administration staff as well as the welfare team, fundraising team and our Chief Executive.

Robert Ball  Chief Executive  

"I joined the ABS in 2001 as our Finance & Property Manager and became Chief Executive in February 2013. I previously worked for Upkeep, a charity providing building maintenance training courses. My principle goals as Chief Executive are to ensure that the Society is fit for purpose both now and in the future and continues to improve on the quality and range of services it provides to the wider architectural profession."

"I joined the Society in January 2016 as the Finance Officer. My role involves managing the accounts and processing the invoices. I have worked in the charity sector for thirteen years before I joined the ABS. Here, I work part time hours and am usually in Monday - Thursday (10am - 2pm). "
 
Angela Muhammad  Admin & Property Officer  
 
"I began working with the ABS in February 2013.  My role includes managing our property at Portland Place, monitoring the ABS Help Desk and general office management.  I work part time hours, Monday – Thursday (10am - 2pm) which works well around family commitments.  I’m one of your first points of contact should you require assistance."

    We offer practical support to people experiencing anxiety, stress or anxiety based depression through our partnership with Anxiety UK.
  • Join our team of Ambassadors

    Our ambassadors are volunteers who help us to raise awareness of the work we do or fundraise for us in regions all over the country.
