When times get tough and things become overwhelming, we can help you get back on track, improve your quality of life and support you to manage or overcome physical or psychological stress.
We are here to support the architectural community; those who have had one year’s professional experience in the UK in architecture, architectural technology or landscape architecture, and their families. We can help in a range of ways during your working life or once you have retired.
Our support is impartial, confidential and flexible – we respond to your individual circumstances and find you the right support, often in a matter of days.
We hope to support people to reach a point where they are no longer in need of our help.
Please use the eligibility checker below as a guide to whether we may be able to help you, or call us on 020 3918 8588 or email help@absnet.org.uk to talk to one of our Welfare Team.
If your situation doesn’t quite match the criteria below, do contact us anyway as we may be able to offer advice and other support.
