Anxiety UK
Anxiety UK is our partner therapy service. They are a national charity and provide support for people with anxiety, stress and anxiety based depression. Types of therapy include counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and clinical hypnotherapy.

Samaritans is an organisation helping people struggling to cope or feeling suicidal. They provide a free 24 hour telephone line in case you need someone to talk to.
